  My husband and I have been going here for a couple years. The entire staff has been kind and curtious. They know I have anxiety going to the dentist and they take their time and talk me through every procedure.

  Doctor B, the owner of the dental group, was rude, mean and rough with me. He was over an hour late leaving me in the chair and then when he finally came to see me and I told him that I was running late as a result of him being late, he became rude as if it was my fault. He then gave me a shot to nub my tooth and then five minutes later began drilling. When I told him I still had feeling in my tooth, he seemed angered and told me "well you are the one who was in a hurry." I will never go back to this man. I am so surprised he is still in business. On a positive note he has wonderful staff who are more than polite. I feel sorry for them that they have to work with such an horrible unprofessional man. I would not even give him one star but you are forced to so this so the star is not for him but for his staff who I would give ten stars to for having to deal with him on a daily basis.

  Communications are abhorrent! If you are lucky, you will get a response to your third e-mail. Phone calls often go to voice mail during business hours and do not get returned. Go elsewhere. I have never had such difficulty securing an appointment for any professional service. They've call to cancel appointments three times over last 6 months, then cannot provide another option within a reasonable time period---"sorry,she's booked four months out".
